Delivery Details

Goods are normally shipped within 1 day of your order (orders placed before 12pm will be sent out that evening).

Goods are shipped on a next day service (weekdays). Deliveries are made anytime between the hours of 8am - 6pm, and you will be required to sign for your delivery.

You will need to make sure you are present during these hours or a redelivery charge may be applied.

Please note that it may not always be possible to do timed deliveries in certain areas. We will inform you upon receipt of your order if this is not possible.

Scotland Postcodes

C, AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA AND PH.

These may take up to 2 days to be delivered on our normal (Next day) service.

Off Shore Islands

All Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Eire, IOM, The Channel Isle’s and the following postcodes AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA AND PH have a size / weight limit

of 12’ x 9’ (3.66 x 2.74) or 50kgs. Anything above this size/weight will incur an extra delivery fee, which you will be advised of before your order is processed.
