1.1. Customers may return goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in unused and resalable condition.

2.1. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning goods.
2.2. The customer is also fully responsible for ensuring the safe keeping and condition of the goods while in their possession and during transit.
2.3. If you would prefer FrithRugs to arrange collection of your return, we are happy to do so. The cost of collection will be deducted from your refund as follows:
Rugs up to 155 cm width: £20
Rugs from 156 cm to 201 cm width: £30
Rugs over 201 cm width: Price calculated individually
2.4. Please note: Large rugs may require collection by a dedicated vehicle, especially when unsuitable for standard courier services. Costs for this service are based on distance and typically range from £0.25 to £0.50 per mile travelled (from North Wales).
2.5. It is the customer’s responsibility to check rug sizes carefully before placing an order to avoid costly returns.
2.6. Returned items do not need to be in their original packaging but must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3.1. Special order items are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
Custom-made goods
Rugs manufactured or altered to specific customer dimensions
Cut-to-size underlay
3.2. It is the customer's responsibility to review the order confirmation thoroughly and ensure all details are correct prior to production of any special order items.
4.1. Returns and refund policies for in-store purchases may differ from online policies.
